Drivers who use northbound State Route 11 to get to  I-80 in Mahoning County are now being detoured.

As part of a $91.5 million project to widen I-80, The Ohio Department of Transportation has closed the State Route 11 northbound ramp to I-80 through mid November. 

Drivers are being detoured to I-680 southbound to State Route 711 northbound. 

Then, beginning 6:00 Saturday morning, the I-80 eastbound to State Route 11 southbound ramp will be closed for pavement repairs until Monday. 

The detour will be I-80 eastbound and State Route 11 to Salt Springs Road to I-80 westbound to State Route 11 southbound. Signs will be posted. 

ODOT also advises drivers there will be various lane restrictions from 7:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on I-80 between State Route 46 while shoulder construction work is being conducted.
