Foster mother in Vienna found guilty of harming child
A Vienna woman accused of breaking a child's leg while in her foster care is found guilty.

A Vienna woman accused of breaking a child's leg while in her foster care is found guilty.
Diane Ervin was found guilty of child endangering, however she was not found guilty of an additional charge of felonious assault.
In September 2014 the child was discovered to have a broken leg after a visit to a pediatrician.
Ervin is scheduled to be sentenced on June 22nd.
Ervin originally pleaded not guilty to the two charges.
