The big question surrounding Ohio's governor, is whether or not he will run for President.

For several weeks Republican Governor John Kasich has been considering the nomination in 2016.

The two-term governor spent some time last week in South Carolina, which is considered an early primary state, and he's been seen with Republican favorite Chris Christie.

Officially Kasich is calling for a balanced budget amendment, a project he's been working on for years, but in terms of a bid for the White House, Kasich is still tiptoeing around that possibility.

"I have all my options on the table.  And it's a process that I - you know - have really not spent an enormous amount of time studying internally.  But look, I'm not saying I won't, I'm not saying I will.  I'm leaving my options out there and we'll just see how things develop," Kasich said.

Other possible republican contenders have been establishing contacts there recently, including Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, Florida Senator Marco Rubio and former Florida Governor Jeb Bush.
