Kitten survives abuse and second story fall

A kitten was duct-taped and tossed from a second story window on Wednesday in Youngstown.
Chester is now in the hands of Animal Charity and is doing okay.
According to a Youngstown police report, a 17-year-old male duct-taped Chester's paws and face.
Then the teenager threw the cat against a neighbor's house, roughly 50 feet away, from a second story window. The report stated that the impact was loud enough to alert the neighbor that something hit the house.
"The kid who had did this, he had no remorse what so ever. He thought it was funny that he did it. He just said he didn't like the cat, so that's why he did it," said Heather Tsarnas, humane agent.
The juvenile has been charged with animal cruelty and abandoning an animal.
Humane Agents said Chester should be available for adoption in about five days.
