PALMYRA TOWNSHIP, Ohio - The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 76 that occurred during what one trooper called white out conditions.
The accident was reported just before 11 a.m. Monday on the eastbound lane, just west of the Portage - Mahoning County line.
A passenger car, a tractor trailer, a flatbed truck, and a tanker truck were among the vehicles involved in the crash.
Wreckage was still being moved from the roadway two hours after the accident.
The patrol says two people were taken to area hospitals for treatment of minor injuries.
