YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A two vehicle crash tied up traffic during the Thursday morning commute on I-680 in Youngstown.

Police say one car making a U-turn on the crossover was struck by another car not far from the 7-11 connector.

Southbound traffic was backed up as first responders were cleaning up the wreckage.

Several ambulances were called to the scene. At least one person was taken to the hospital. There is no word on the victim's name or condition.
