AUSTINTOWN TWP., Ohio - Students started this new school year in a brand new $50-million Austintown Intermediate and Elementary complex.

Improvements include smart TV's inside classrooms, a continuous air filtration system and a wooden gymnasium floor.

"I've walked around this place enough to get lost so I can tell them where to go. I came in Friday and walked around so I could tell them where to go.", said teacher Troy Balint.

The two new schools were paid for by taxpayers and federal money.

School officials say parents and bus drivers seem to have adapted to the new traffic patterns and drop off areas.
