YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A local venue in Youngstown is closing after 37 years.

According to our print partner, The Vindicator, Cedar's Lounge is closing after the new owners of the building said it would not fit in with their new expansion plan.

The building was sold to the Gatta Company three months ago.

Gatta is working to develop two restaurants and apartments in the building.

Owners of the bar said they will find a new place to house the venue.
