YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown man, who sued his co-workers for what he claimed as his share of a Mega Millions jackpot, has settled out of court.
Last August, 22 Kraftmaid employees in a lottery pool claimed the 99 million dollar jackpot.
Edward Hairston sued claiming that every month for the last five years he put $5.00 into a lottery pool with the winners.
However, Hairston was recovering from a back injury and was unable to make his payment so was left out of the jackpot.
Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
