LAWRENCE COUNTY, Pennsylvania - The developers of a proposed horse track and casino in Lawrence County have hired a company to run the establishment's daily operations.

Lawrence County Commissioner Dan Vogler tells 21 News that American Harness Tracks, who is still awaiting state licenses for the Valley View Downs development, will use the Chicago area based Merit Management Group.
